Newsletter, Enquiry & all Web Forms
By subscribing to our newsletter, sending us an enquiry or filling out any web form on this site, you agree to receive email from us. The aim of our newletter service and other email from us is to keep our customers and visitors updated about promotions, announcements or new information about Holy Basil. The subscription to our newsletter service is not mandatory. 1. Frequency
The frequency of the newsletter issues will be at most 3 per month. 2. Limited Liability
We will not communicate / spread / publish or otherwise give away your address. You'll be able to change your subscription settings or to delete it altogether anytime that you choose. For more information, visit our Privacy page. 4. Issues with your online, takeaway and/or pick up orders
Holy Basil is determined to provide its customers with quality service. In the event that your order is not as expected, please contact us within an hour of receiving it. We will do our utmost to rectify any issues. 5. Pricing
We reserve the right to change our menu prices and surcharges without notice. 6. Surcharges
a) There is a 10% surcharge on all public holidays, and peak service of Mother's and Father's Day.
b) Credit card fees apply to all card payments. Eftpos 0.5%, Visa/Mastercard 1.5% Amex 2.5% 7. Booking/Reservation Fee For Large Groups
Holy Basil may request a holding fee for bookings and reservations of larger groups. The amount will be set out by Holy Basil and can range between $100-$200 dependent on the size of the group. Please note: Booking/Reservation Fee is non-refundable if the customer cancels their booking/reservation.
